The meeting shall be are subject to non-contrary provisions of articles 529 et seq. of this uniform Act, for its proceedings, including the constitution of its bureau and the rules of representation and participation in the meeting.
The meeting shall be chaired by the shareholder holding the largest number of shares or, failing that, by the most senior in age.
