Setting up resources for electronic processing and transmission of the Regional Registry shall be effective within two years from the date of entry into force of this uniform Act.
Setting up resources for electronic processing and transmission of the National Registry in each State party shall be effective within two years from the date of entry into force of this uniform Act.
Setting up resources for electronic processing and transmission of the Register (s) of Commerce and Securities in each State party shall be effective within two years from the date of entry into force of this uniform Act.
