The penalties prescribed by Section 275 on the one hand and by Sections 277 and 278 on the other hand shall become death and imprisonment for life respectively where the offences are committed against the legitimate, natural or adoptive father or mother of the offender, or against any other legitimate ascendant, and the penalties prescribed by Sections 279
(1), 280 and 281 shall be doubled.
