(1) The penalties prescribed by Section 275 on the one hand and by Sections 277 and 278 on the other shall become death and imprisonment for life respectively where the offences are committed against a person under 15 (fifteen) years of age, and the penalties prescribed by Sections 279 (1), 280 and 281 shall be doubled. 134
(2) Upon conviction for misdemeanour under this Section, the Court may order the forfeitures described in Section 30 of this Code
