Today
Where a Member of the National Assembly fails to attend 3 (three) consecutive ordinary sessions, without any valid explanations to the Assembly, the Bureau of the National Assembly shall as of right establish the resignation of the Member. PRESIDENCE DE LA REPUBLIQUE SECRETARIAT GENERAL
