SECTION 11

Today
(1) Where the witness does not understand the working language of the Committee, the chairperson shall request the services of an interpreter who shall swear "lo assist the Committee on his honour and con- science." The swearing shall be recorded in the minutes of the hearing.OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON 13 3) The deliberations of the Parliamentary Committee of Enquiry shall be conducted with a majority of its members present.
