(1) Temporary incapacity of a member shall be duly established by Elections Cameroon. Where such incapacity exceeds 6 (six) months, the duties of such member may be terminated by decree of the President of the Republic.
(2) The member appointed to replace the incapacitated member shall serve the remainder of the latter’s term. He shall take the oath as set out in Section 12 (6) above.
