Judicial police shall be responsible for:
(a) investigating of offences, collecting evidence, identifying offenders and accomplices and
bringing them before the Legal Department;
(b) executing rogato11' commissions of judicial authorities;
(c) serving court processes;
(d) executing warrants and court decisions.
